The COVID-19 pandemic exposed global vulnerabilities, leading the World Health Organization (WHO) to adopt a Health Futures Strategic Dialogue (HFSD) approach to anticipate how a world with COVID-19 might look. Building on foresight methodologies, the Data Strategy and Innovation group (DSI) convened five thematic think tanks, tapping experts across various fields. In addition, DSI implemented three Special Projects to help ensure the strategic conversation incorporated diverse perspectives, including youth and artists, thereby creating a more comprehensive description of the future. This report presents the outputs of these three projects and proposes themes and messages that may shape the future of health and wellbeing in the Region.
