Abstract
Description
Each '.txt' file contains all the raw data obtained from each of the experimental models studied, the files are accordingly named as the feature evaluated.
Abbreviations in the name files can be read as follows:
TEER = transepithelial electrical resistance.
AB_PAS = Alcian Blue/PAS Stain
5-HT = 5-hydroxytryptamine (Serotonin)
BK = bradykinin
Caps = capsaicin
Hist = histamine
SP = substance P
NMR = naked mole-rat
An explanation of how data under each column was collected/analysed follows:
Mouse = refers to data obtained from mice.
NMR = refers to data obtained from naked mole-rats.
In the dataset containing the gene expression of intestinal markers, Bdkrb2 = bradykinin receptor B2; Hrh1 = Histamine Receptor H1; Htr4 = 5-Hydroxytryptamine receptor 4; and Trpv1 = transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1.
