The report summarizes the proceedings and outcomes of the twenty-third meeting of the United Nations Inter-Agency Task Force on the Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases, held in Geneva on 30–31 October 2024. Bringing together representatives from United Nations agencies and partner organizations, the meeting reviewed progress on actions agreed at the previous session, discussed preparations for the Fourth United Nations High-level Meeting on noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), and examined opportunities to strengthen collaboration across thematic workstreams and joint programmes.
