This is the 2024 version of the assessment item sheets belonging to the WHO Support tool to strengthen health information systems: guidance for health information system assessment and strategy development. This tool was originally published in 2015 as the Support tool to assess health information systems and develop and strengthen health information strategies. The tool including this assessment item sheet was first updated in 2021, when it was given its current name. The most recent update was published in 2024. Compared to the previous version, in the 2024 update, several new add-on modules have been added to this Excel sheet and some minor edits were processed.
